Our chef offers an authentic regional cuisine and invites you to try traditional Burgundy dishes.

Burgundy snails, marbled ham made with white wine from our own property, traditional white veal stew, tenderloin beef, poached eggs in wine sauce, boeuf bourguignon, dishes with Epoisses cheese sauce… Tasty, homemade dishes using fresh, seasonal produce. To end your diner, let yourself be tempted by the chef’s special, Marc de Bourgogne ice cream.

This regional cuisine compliments perfectly a mostly locally sourced wine list. The opportunity for wine-lovers to make some fine discoveries and go on a flavorsome, aromatic journey.

Our restaurant is open each evening, from March to the end of November, from 7 to 9 ;30 p.m. It is also open for lunch, on booking for large parties, groups and seminars.
